After the first lockdown and no job, my mum and I decided to concentrate our efforts into making and selling our Min & Coriander salsa. A recipe passed down the generations, from our ancestors in Kashmir.
We now make different Asiatic salsas using seasonal and local vegetables, but the spices are our own secret. We sell at farmers' markets around Cambridge and wholesale to indie food shops.
We use seasonal vegetables so watch out for new and exciting morabas to try!
